Over the years I’ve worked with leaders in the private, public, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors on a wide variety of projects. I have extensive experience conducting research, facilitating discussion, fostering inclusive collaboration, developing strategies, and communicating ideas to a wide range of audiences. I love figuring out how systems and organizations work and how they can work better for everyone.

I'm trained as a historian and firmly believe that historical context is necessary for inclusive and effective problem solving. My commitment to anti-racist feminism informs everything I do and keeps me excited about what's ahead.
